Earthwise Bag Company Renews With Resound Marketing For Public Relations, Event Promotion, And Product Placement

 

Agency to Continue to Support Promotion of Reusable Shopping Bags and Eco-Friendly, Sustainable Living

Princeton, NJ – January 29, 2007 – Resound Marketing, an integrated marketing and PR agency focused on helping clients “make some noise,” today announced that Earthwise Bag Company will extend its contract with the integrated marketing and PR agency to “make some noise” in 2007 about its reusable shopping bags and the impact of sustainable, eco-friendly business practices. Resound first launched Earthwise’s media outreach campaign in late 2006, successfully garnering awareness among key industry trade, consumer, and lifestyle media.

With just over a year of business under its belt, Earthwise is quickly becoming a household name, both on the merit of its product as well as its commitment to saving the environment. Resound will continue to promote Earthwise’s presence at some of the nation’s top grocers, liquor stores, and retail outlets, adding to previous successes in the trade media with coverage in such journals as Progressive Grocer,  Supermarket News, The O.C. Register, and The Green Guide. The agency will also extend its focus on national consumer and business media, building on initial interest generated with Every Day with Rachael Ray, Entrepreneur, Inc., The LA Times, and others.

In addition to traditional PR outreach, Resound will continue to secure, coordinate, support, and publicize Earthwise’s active participation in high-profile events across the country to promote environmental awareness. Most recently, the company donated over 1,000 bags for "Leading the Green Dream," an event to launch California Governor Arnold Schwartzenegger’s Inauguration, and partnered with Project Greenhouse to fill more than 300 Earthwise bags with eco-friendly products to be distributed at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival.
